Recently, Isabel spearheaded the development of a global developer experience functionality, taking it from concept to live product in just six months. Through seamless collaboration and a laser focus on outcomes, her work has significantly improved support efficiency and enhanced merchant satisfaction, a fundamental pillar of our customer-first approach.

Isabel is the product strategy lead for two specialised teams dedicated to optimising payment infrastructure for performance and scalability, placing her at the cutting edge of innovation in the payments industry. Her work empowers businesses worldwide by delivering streamlined, secure solutions that redefine the possibilities of payment technology.

Among her recent achievements are two groundbreaking product initiatives:


• Private Connectivity Through AWS PrivateLink: Isabel’s team introduced this state-of-the-art security feature, significantly reducing merchants’ exposure to internet risks and ensuring their data is handled with the highest level of care.
• Webhook Monitoring Innovations: By simplifying how merchants explore and troubleshoot webhook data, Isabel’s team has provided businesses with essential tools to streamline operations and maintain efficiency.
