TrueMoney provides a mobile payment service that enables customers to perform one-time purchases, or sign up for a recurring payment.

TrueMoney is a part of Ant Financial’s e-wallet network, which enables it to be used in countries outside of the local market, as long as the regions are covered by Ant’s partners.

`payment_capture_pending`	Occurs when the payment request is successfully initiated and capture is pending.

`payment_refund_pending`	Occurs when the refund request is successfully initiated.
`payment_refunded`	Occurs when the payment is fully or partially refunded.
